A real property survey is far more than just a piece of paper with a drawing and a signature. It requires a considerable amount of research and fieldwork, and must meet certain minimum standards set by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Surveyors. If you do not want a survey that meets or exceeds those standards, and you just want a sub-standard product at a cut-rate price, then you should probably look elsewhere.
