A real property survey is far more than just a piece of paper with a drawing and a signature. It requires a considerable amount of research and fieldwork, and must meet certain minimum standards set by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Surveyors. If you do not want a survey that meets or exceeds those standards, and you just want a sub-standard product at a cut-rate price, then you should probably look elsewhere. Those sort of transactions are considered unethical, and possibly even illegal in the State of Texas, and we do not participate in them.
We provide all kinds of land surveying services including: property surveys, farm and ranch surveys. subdivision replats, oil and gas industry support, as-built surveys, control surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and even shallow water hydrographics.
